Dear countrymen, citizens of Dnepropetrovsk who got hurt in gas explosion!
 
Please accept my sincere condolences on a disaster that hit your families and took lives of your relatives and family members.
This tragedy has pierced every heart, the heart of the whole Ukraine.
Our duty today is to never stand back. We have to support each family, everyone who is in distress. We have to help every victim to regain security and come back to full life as soon as possible.
 
Foundation for Development of Ukraine has made a decision to allocate UAH 10m to help all tenants residing at 127 Mandrykovskaya st., Dnepropetrovsk. 50% of the amount will be given to families whose family members died in the gas blast, and the other 50% - to families who have lost their shelter.
As early as tomorrow, on 16 October, the Foundation for Development of Ukraine in tandem with local authorities, public organizations, and, the main thing, the tenants of the destroyed building will start organizing help for the victims.
 
Bewailing the dead, helping the victims, we have to do our best to prevent such tragedies in future.
