Foundation for Development of Ukraine creates Coordinating Council to help the families of explosion victims at Zasyadko Mine
The Coordinating Council of the Foundation for Development of Ukraine has started its work today in Donetsk to help the families of explosion victims at Zasyadko Mine.
The Coordinating Council includes miners from Zasyadko Mine, chairmen of trade unions of Zasyadko Mine, representatives of the Mine’s administration as well as well-known public figures. The functions of the Coordinating Council will include distribution and control over the allocated aid. The first meeting of the Council has approved principles and approaches in distribution of aid to the families of miners killed in the explosion.
As you remember, on the 18th of November Rinat Akhmetov, the President of the Foundation for Development of Ukraine and FC Shakhtar, made the decision to allocate UAH 10 million to the explosion victims at Zasyadko Mine.
