Under its special projects, SCM’s Corporate Foundation for Development of Ukraine is holding two contests: Creating National Anti-TB Center for Psychological and Social Rehabilitation of Children that Completed TB Treatment Course and Supporting Applied Scientific and Social Research.

The contests were launched in late October, 2007 and winners were to be announced not later than on 1 December, 2007.

However, since some participants of the contest Creating National Anti-TB Center for Psychological and Social Rehabilitation of Children that Completed TB Treatment Course have been greatly interested in partaking yet didn’t manage to apply on time, the Foundation decided to prolong the period of application acceptance until 27 November, 2007 in accordance with Cl.5.1.2. of the Contest Provisions.

Therefore, the winner of the contest will be announced on 18 December, 2007 on the latest.

Announcement of winners of the contest Supporting Applied Scientific and Social Research has been also postponed under the Cl.5.1.2 and will take place not later than on 26 December, 2007.

Information about winners of both contests will be published on the Foundation’s website before the end of December, 2007, while press-conference with the winners will be held in January, 2008.
