Job responsibilities of the Director of the Training Center include:
• cooperation with partners at national and regional levels;
• cooperation with healthcare facilities;
• cooperation with Departments of Donetsk National Medical University and secondary medical schools;
• cooperation with anti TB institutions and general medical network;
• cooperation with public organizations;
• arrangement of the training process (preparation of orders, list of participants, analysis of the training results, etc.);
• budget management;
• managing the staff and the team of trainers, providing control over the activity of the center, providing sustainable operation of the center;
• acting as a speaker on the work of the Center when addressing to journalists and the public.

Essential Requirements: higher education (medical or management), senior management experience, experience in organizing and holding trainings, efficiency, organizational skills, very good communications skills, responsibility and ability to improve skills, analyze information, knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian, computer skills.
