Mass media has huge influence upon the public awareness and solution of socially important problems; mass media help citizens develop the abilities necessary for solving local problems on their own. However, due to different reasons the present mass media do not give the adequate information picture of the community. Routine problems, ordinary people and their lives, which are of so dramatic nature, are out of their focus.
