Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center launches a virtual tour

28.07.2017

The Humanitarian Center launched a virtual tour about its work. Now anyone can not only learn how the largest program of assistance to the population in the East of Ukraine is functioning, but also feel like a volunteer.  This can be done with a single click of a computer mouse on the Humanitarian Center's website: www.fdu.org.ua/3dtour.

"The virtual tour is a bright and dynamic demonstration of how the Center has been operating since the beginning of hostilities, – Iryna Temerko, Project and program manager at the Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center, shares. – We created this information platform for those who care about Donbas and its tragedy. Each visitor of our website can have a small trip and see our work from the inside. The virtual tour shows a full cycle of helping civilian population – from formation and movement of humanitarian convoys to conveyor line, from assembling of food packages to their issuance to civilians of the frontline areas.

The four main locations are made with the maximum immersion effect and give an opportunity to see everything in the 360⁰ mode - to visit the office in Kiev or the logistics centre in Mariupol, to issue humanitarian aid in a frontline settlement with our volunteers and visit the currently blocked Donbas Arena.

"One of the major principles of our work is transparency. Thanks to the virtual tour anyone could feel the scale of the Humanitarian Center's work. Interactive elements will show more details about our activity, – Oleksandr Vyshniakov, Director of the Rinat Akhmetov Humanitarian Center, explains. – Over the entire period of its operation the Humanitarian Center issued 11,820,000 food packages and saved more than one million lives. How has it become possible? You can find out about this upon taking our virtual tour".
