Rinat Akhmetov’s Foundation for Development of Ukraine (FDU) has decided to allocate UAH 100,000 for each family of the killed miners. We remind that on Saturday night of 4 October a methane blast at Duvannaya Mine in Sukhodolsk city took lives of six miners.

The allocated amount of UAH 600,000 will be evenly distributed among the families of the victims on the principles of social justice. To meet the goal, representatives of FDU, officials of the mine’s administration and trade union will form a Coordination Council.
