Along with food and place to sleep, people need to tank vehicles. The victims of the disaster start relief works on their own without waiting for assistance of military servants and rescuers that simply have too little time to make it everywhere. For this reason, Eurovision contest winner Ruslana, who supervises the situation in flooded districts, is asking owners of petrol stations and oil companies to assist in getting POL.

“Food and sleeping places remain top priority. Besides, we need drinking water, flour, yeast, petrol A-80, diesel fuel, and agricultural vehicles”, said Ruslana. There is also a need for construction materials. Houses remain destroyed in the mountains after the water fell. People are setting to restore them but they lack tools and basic materials- cement, bricks and etc.
