On January 26, 2007, the Agreement for targeted charitable contribution was signed between "Children's Hospital of the Future" Foundation and Foundation for Development of Ukraine in the premises of the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund. The Agreement was signed by Director of the Foundation for Development of Ukraine Mr. Anatoliy Zabolotny and the Chairman of "Children's Hospital of the Future" Foundation Mrs. Vera Pavlyuk. Mr. Alexander Maksimchuk, the Chairman of the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund was present at the ceremony of signature.
 
The Agreement contemplates a USD 12,800,000 charitable contribution to be provided during 2007-2009.
 
We remind that during the All-Ukrainian telethon "Children's Hospital of the Future Foundation for Development of Ukraine undertook to provide USD 12,800,000 to construct a surgery block in All-Ukrainian Mother and Child Health Center.
