It is the main systemic condition and resource for development of the country, strengthening economic potential and political stability, and increasing general competitiveness of Ukraine among its peers.

Education should be accessible, high-quality and somewhat ahead of the reality. Education and science should develop quicker than other socio-political areas of the country. It should lead the way for these areas.
