Vacancy – Program Director, Foundation for Development of Ukraine


Key requirements to candidates:


• Higher education. Four years in management;
• Solid expertise in realization of social programs and projects in NPO area;
• Track of record in project management from development to reproduction stages is a must;
• Commitment to develop professionally and gain hands-on experience of handling big charitable projects;
• Experience of cooperation with expert and scientific communities would be advantage;
• Excellent English skills (obligatory).


Major responsibilities:

  • • To plan strategies of activities in program areas;
    • To develop programs and projects in the areas of Foundation's performance;
    • To cooperate with recipients, partners, and contractors;
    • To appraisal program effectiveness.

Vacancy - Advisor on Stop TB Project


Key requirements to candidates:


• In-depth knowledge of TB and/or preventative disinfection functions of Ukrainian Health Care System;
• Good contacts with experts and state officials;
• Past record in state institutions or medical establishments.


Major responsibilities:


• To monitor current situation and trends in phthisiology and across the health care sector, to provide analysis and advice;
• To develop project strategy;
• To represent interests of the Foundation in legislative and executive agencies;
• To establish and maintain contacts with state institutions.

Vacancy – Stop TB Program Manager


Key requirements to candidates:


• Higher education in social studies. Preference to be given to phthisiology specialists;
• At least 3 years in management;
• Experience of cooperation with government institutions;
• Commitment to achieve results;
• Team-work skills;
• Excellent communication skills.


Major responsibilities:


• To cooperate with consultants of national special programs, formalize their contracts, and monitor performance;
• To organize events under national special projects (NSPs); 
• To write program reports on NSPs;
• To monitor NSPs budgets;
• To develop information, educational, and training materials on NSPs;
• To identify and coordinate surveys under NSPs;
• To provide high-quality presentations of TB projects in mass media;
• To fulfil other tasks set by leader of Stop TB project or the Director of the Foundation for Development of Ukraine.

Vacancy – Accountant


Key requirements to candidates:


• Higher economic education;
• Four years of accountant engagement;
• Knowledge of accountant programs “Accent”, 1C;
• Excellent knowledge of Ukrainian legislation (currency, taxation), strong practical skills in making financial and tax reports, as well as reports to funds;
• Up to 40 years old.


Major responsibilities:


• To keep records of payments with suppliers;
• To keep records of fixed assets and inventories;
• To keep records of charitable help by legal entities;
• To keep records of payments with dependent entities;
• To keep records and formalize currency transactions;
• To post payments by budget lines;
• To keep records and write off fuel.

Vacancy – Office Manager

 

Key requirements to candidates:


• Higher education;
• Work experience (desirable);
• Integrity, punctuality, knowledge of office work and record management;
• Good skills in using modern office equipment.

 

Major duties:

1. To keep personnel records
2. To buy, record, and ensure covering documents for inventories and equipment;
3. To ensure proper use of cars, to control and manage transportation;
4. To control and initiate payment bills for Internet, rent and other services in the rented premises including communications;
5. To participate in organization of corporate events, workshops, and presentations;
6. To keep incoming/outgoing correspondence log;
7. To keep records, send/receive mail;
8. To process media subscription;
9. To provide external users with reports, to ensure registration processes; 
10.To perform other administrative tasks set by the Administrative Director.

• To prepare correspondence;
• To take part in preparation to events and provide medical advice;
