2. MISSION:
∙ to support the national cultural tradition through reconstruction and renovation of the Metropolitan’s House – the gem of Ukrainian Baroque located in Sofia Kyivska National Reserve

3. GOALS:
(to be achieved by 1 January, 2010)
∙ to accomplish full-scale reconstruction of the Metropolitan’s House in Sofia Kyivska National Reserve
∙ to help Sofia Kyivska initiate cultural activities to be held in the Metropolitans’ House
∙  to establish contacts between Sofia Kyivska and best-known world museums to carry out joint cultural events in the Metropolitan’s House

4. OBJECTIVES:
∙ to study the state of the Metropolitans’ House and the required scope of reconstruction
∙ to grant funds to Sofia Kyivska National Reserve intended for restoration of the Metropolitans’ House;
∙ to supervise the project;
∙ to keep records of the project by issuing printed materials;
∙ to assist Sofia Kyivska National Reserve in developing a program of cooperation with international museums and grant funds to meet this objective;
∙ to promote the Metropolitan’s House and the cultural program at the site;

Results expected by 1 January, 2010
The Metropolitan’s House – the gem of Ukrainian Baroque – will be completely reconstructed and an international exhibition campaign will be launched in the House. In particular, the Metropolitan’s House worked together with Louvre (France) to host an exhibition of bronze sculptures of St Louis’ XIV collection. In addition, a fundamental collective research of the history of Sofia Kyivska National Reserve will be published.
