Akhmetov’s Foundation provided about UAH 2m to support large families in the Crimea
Today Simferopol has witnessed signing of the Memorandum that provides for cooperation and interaction between the Foundation for Development of Ukraine and the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea.
In line with the Memorandum the Foundation for Development of Ukraine is to allocate about UAH 1.996m during the year to settle housing problems of large Crimean families bringing up more than 10 children.
In total, the budget of the program to support large families accounts for UAH 15m. The activity of the Foundation in this area covers 4 regions of Ukraine: Donetsk, Luhansk, the Crimea and Zakarpatye. Last week Zakarpatye and Luhansk regions received from the Foundation UAH 4.370m and UAH 2.550m, respectively.
Similar memorandum is expected to be signed next week with Donetsk Regional State Administration.
