Ukraine’s richest people have joined the National Council on Charity Warming a Child with Love headed by daughter of the Ukrainian President Vitalina Yushchenko. The Council composition was approved by the decree of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko on 29 January 2008.

According to the decree, the National Council will also include:
